TED2018

TED Talks in New York invited me to create their first-ever series of original short films for TED2018, following the success of the TEDxSydney film program. Bloody delicious!
I worked with four filmmaking teams in London (Mother), Edinburgh (Duncan Cowles),
New York (SpecialGuest) and LA (Shane Griffin) to bring each story to life,
from development through to final delivery. The little gems premiered live onstage
in April 2018. Check 'em out below.

Chromatic

As light passes through defective glass, beams split into color spectra, causing "diffraction grating." For the first time ever in film, we get up close and personal with this visual phenomenon in a series of beautiful chromatic abstractions.

Fast Ideas 2016

Great ideas can hit us at the strangest of times. Shampooing sleepily in the morning shower, gazing out the window on the commute to work, debating a sticky issue over dinner. We know what happens to the big keynote ideas launched from the TEDxSydney stage, but what about those great ideas that everyone else has – where do they go? With TEDxSydney’s annual Fast Ideas competition, great ideas from the audience find a home on the Sydney Opera House stage.
